And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and He separated the light from the darkness. God called the light “day,” and the darkness He called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day. —Genesis 1:3-5
Ever felt like you’re fumbling around in the dark when it comes to running your business? Like everyone else has the Midas touch, but the secrets to success remain hidden from you?

Well, it’s time to stop chasing those elusive, glittering promises and start trusting the ultimate source of wisdom—the same one who said, “Let there be light,” and literally made it happen.
When you let go of the world’s way of doing things and start following the divine guidance intended for your business, that’s when you step into the light. You’ll gain true clarity and know with unwavering certainty that you’re walking the path you were truly meant to follow.
Here’s my story about how I finally stopped searching for light in all the wrong places and started trusting the ultimate source. I hope it inspires you to do the same because it’s made all the difference in my journey.
From Darkness to Light: My Messy Entrepreneurial Journey
My path to founding Studio Four10 was anything but a straight line. With a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a master’s in communication studies, you’d think my career path would be clear. Instead, I took a job monitoring nerve function in the operating room. High pressure, high stress, and absolutely terrifying—definitely not where I belonged.
Fortunately, six months into this nerve-wracking role, I learned I was pregnant with our first son. My OBGYN advised me to avoid radiation, which led to a serendipitous break. That job taught me a valuable lesson: I wasn’t cut out for high-stress careers or anything that stifled my creativity. With a growing family, I also realized I wanted a job that allowed me to set my own hours.
Pregnancy changed everything. It made me hyper-aware of how I treated my body and redefined what was truly important. I became obsessed with prenatal yoga and how connected it made me feel with my baby.
Cue Business Number One: Blooming Sprout Yoga
Here I am at 8 months pregnant, getting my yoga teaching certification. I partnered with a friend to create Blooming Sprout, offering yoga classes for kids and prenatal classes. The business took off quickly, and we loved every minute of it.
A few years later, my business partner moved away. I realized my favorite part of the business was creating content and designing merchandise—not teaching yoga.
Cue Business Number Two: Whole Family Wellness
I ventured into selling essential oils, despite it seeming disconnected from my strengths. I loved oils and my yoga students enjoyed them, so I decided to merge the two. My essential oil business thrived, but I found myself focusing more on branding rather than teaching.
I juggled being a mom, running a yoga business, and starting an oil business—hardly a recipe for balance. My next venture was inevitable.
Cue Business Number Three: Kelsey Lenzmeier Branding
Creating a branding course for women in MLMs was a game-changer. It felt natural and exhilarating. I realized that while yoga and essential oils were fulfilling, my true passion lay in branding and teaching about it.
But with too much on my plate, I let go of the yoga business (and in hindsight, the oil business too).
Fast Forward to Nicaragua
After our second son was born, my husband and I decided to hit the reset button. We moved to Nicaragua, a roller coaster of experiences that pushed us to the edge but also to profound self-discovery. I realized I had been seeking validation and success from the wrong places.
In Nicaragua, far from familiar opinions, I found clarity. I learned to rely on God for guidance and support, a relationship I hadn’t truly pursued before. It was a transformative moment that changed everything.
Cue Business Number Four: Studio Four10
Studio Four10, named after 1 Peter 4:10, became my divine answer to years of struggle. By trusting in God’s guidance, I found clarity. My business isn’t about chasing trends or fitting into someone else’s mold; it’s about using my gifts to serve others as faithful stewards of His grace.
Now, my mission is to help you discover where God is calling you to use your unique gifts. You are divinely blessed, and I can’t wait to help you turn that blessing into a thriving, purposeful business.
